The Art Squared Gallery is a community partnership between the Department of Recreation and Park’s Pershing Square and the L.A. Downtown Art Project. The artists spearheading this project are multi talented Mark Walsh and Debby Cable.
The Art Squared Gallery opened in May of 2008.The program continued with three more shows including a well visited Halloween exhibit titled “Abra Macabre.” The installation was a playful exhibit highlighted by twenty giant trick or treat boxes that bewitched the downtown community.
Artist who have displayed their works at the Art Squared Outdoor Cityscape Gallery include Andre Miripolski, Overton Loyd, Clive Barker, Lilli Muller, Robert Reynolds, Mark Walsh, Charlie Woo, Nichole Fournier, John Scane, Martin Waterman.
